Last updated: April 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Avidra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
For plan details, see our pricing page. For refunds and cancellations, see our refund policy.
1. About Avidra
Avidra is a software platform for local service businesses. Our core product is a text-first AI receptionist and missed-call recovery workflow that helps businesses respond to missed callers, capture lead details, and keep conversations moving until a team member can follow up.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to act for your business, and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Avidra offers Free and paid monthly plans described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Plans include monthly usage allowances for leads, SMS, and applicable voice features. Additional usage or future overages may be subject to limits or additional charges.
A valid payment method is required for paid plans. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
4. Free Plan
Avidra may offer a Free plan with limited monthly allowances. The Free plan is intended for evaluation and early usage and may be changed, limited, or discontinued in the future.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Unless we state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Please review our refund policy for details on refund eligibility and billing disputes.
6. SMS and Communications
Avidra sends SMS and related messages using third-party providers. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully, including compliance with applicable messaging, privacy, and consent requirements.
You are responsible for the content of your custom messaging and for ensuring your use of Avidra fits your business and regulatory obligations.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Parts of the platform rely on third-party providers such as hosting, telecom, payment, and AI services.
We may update, improve, limit, or remove parts of the service over time.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Avidra for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, fraud, or any use that violates our acceptable use policies or applicable law.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Avidra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avidra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Avidra in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
