Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This page describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how to exercise them with Avidra.
1. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Avidra does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.
We do use third-party analytics and advertising pixels (Reddit Ads, X/Twitter Ads) on our marketing site when you accept non-essential cookies via our cookie banner. Under the CPRA, some of this activity may be classified as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising even though no money changes hands.
2. Your Right to Opt Out of Sharing
California residents have the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right:
- Decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner at the bottom of our marketing site. This blocks the Reddit and X/Twitter advertising pixels from loading.
- Email us at support@avidra.net with the subject “CCPA opt-out request” and we will confirm the request within 15 business days.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device that sent it.
3. Other California Privacy Rights
California residents also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (Avidra does not currently collect categories defined as “sensitive personal information” under the CPRA).
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a CCPA right.
4. How to Submit a Request
To submit any CCPA/CPRA rights request, email support@avidra.net with the subject “CCPA request” and identify which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We will respond within 45 days, with one possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission and we may contact you to verify the request.
5. Categories of Information We Collect
For a complete description of the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we share it, see our Privacy Policy.
